Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities, leveraging networks, referrals, and industry insights to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand client base and achieve revenue targets and objectives, incorporating market analysis, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and monitor sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts, providing regular updates and reports to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing-related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record of success in sales roles within the professional services or consulting industry, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and methodologies, with experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales approach.
