Job Summary

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives. This role involves developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mid and senior level management, marketing, and technical staff
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and advertising
* Develop persuasive pitches to attract clients and present new solutions and services to existing accounts
* Execute sales plans, maintain current sales, create proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the transition to operations

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in business development and sales
* Bachelor's degree or significant related experience
* Services sales experience required
* Property Management or Facility Services Sales experience preferred
* Relevant and immediate sales contacts within the industry preferred
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills
* Well-organized and able to handle multiple proposals simultaneously
