OCMI, Inc. is growing and seeking a full-time dynamic, success driven Project Administrator to join our onsite team on a multi-year, large-scale active construction program located in New Haven, CT. The Project Administrator duties include, but not limited to:

Collaborate with project managers and planners to provide comprehensive support for their project portfolios.

Systematically monitor and meticulously maintain records and documentation for construction projects, encompassing meeting minutes, closeout submittals, and various project-related tasks.

Facilitate and bolster financial data management, encompassing the processing of Notices of Changes, Potential Change Orders, Change Orders, and contracts. Construct and refine spreadsheets for both internal and external review.

Craft written materials, such as correspondence, reports, procedural guides, and instructions, ensuring clarity and precision.

Execute a variety of additional project administrative support tasks as needed to contribute to project success.

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of relevant experience in project administration or a related field.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to handle financial data and create spreadsheets for analysis.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Adaptability and the capability to multitask in a dynamic project setting.
