A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROJECT ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

As a Project Administrative Assistant, you play a key role in our office. You have a hand in all aspects of our projects, and they come together smoothly under your skillful administration. Each day you undertake a variety of duties such as creating project documents, distributing them, keeping them organized, and maintaining them. You also assist with requests for information (RFIs), submit materials, and schedule jobs. In addition, you attend meetings and coordinate the daily task list for the admins. Your excellent communication skills serve you well as you act as the point of contact between the project manager and the client, vendors, and subcontractors. You enjoy your rapport with all the parties involved and with our office team as well. When a project reaches completion, you can't help the satisfaction you feel. Knowing you helped bring it together makes you proud


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Ability to learn new management software depending on a client's needs
