Owns all facets of Claims Escalation Model and proactively identifies and responds to unique or emerging opportunities in the market. Participates in sales and marketing activities that lead to increased growth and revenue. Oversees the performance and execution of Claims Customer and Account Managers to ensure the team follows the terms of Claims Service Pledge.
