As Property Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and responding to service requests from tenants and the operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all property maintenance activities are executed efficiently and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. In this role, you will focus on meeting our tenants' needs and exceeding their expectations, combining elements of on-site property management, facilities management, and customer service. This position is key in scaling TOPO operations and ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards. You will report directly to the VP of Property Operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and prioritize property-specific work orders and service requests including initial troubleshooting and documentation. Schedule and optimize the workload for facilities maintenance technicians. Liaise with vendors to facilitate maintenance requests. Follow up with tenants and vendors to ensure that maintenance work is completed satisfactorily. Process and approve maintenance-related invoices and credit card expenses. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenses, and communications. Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures. Constantly evaluate and improve systems and processes related to facilities maintenance. We are looking for someone with Experience in property management or facilities coordination is preferred. General understanding of building systems and maintenance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. High attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service. Strong creative problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Resourceful, multi-tasker, and project management skills Ability to provide high-level customer service with attention to detail and organization. Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office. AppFolio, Yardi, or similar property management software is a plus.
