We are seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance and Engineering Services to:

* Provide direct supervision to maintenance and limited trades staff to accomplish UW Health and department objectives. * Coordinate or assign response to routine and emergency repair requests, special projects and completion of scheduled preventive maintenance. * Prioritize and distribute work assignments to allocated staff and ensure proper documentation is entered into the correct Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and completed. * Resolve equipment and process problems as well as customer issues and complaints. * Review and recommend maintenance contracts from outside sources. * Ensure employee's work in a safe environment, including proper equipment, procedures, and training. * Utilize data to drive decision making in day-to-day work.

Education:

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Valid Driver's License.

Preferred - Certified Hospital Constructor (CHC). Building Operators Certification (BOC).
