We are currently seeking a Commercial Service Technician to handle various maintenance tasks. This role includes handyman duties such as flooring installation, painting, and drywall repair, as well as basic plumbing tasks. The ideal candidate should be prepared for overnight assignments and occasional travel within the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform handyman tasks including painting, drywall repair, and flooring installation.
  • Conduct basic plumbing and maintenance activities.
  • Work independently while demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in painting, drywall, or flooring.
