This is an in-office, Reston, Virginia based role.

As a Medicare Sales Consultant, you will help clients and referred prospects through the important decision-making process of selecting and enrolling in a Medicare coverage that matches their needs. Your training and required insurance licensing is paid for, attractive career paths are available, and you will work with a team within a fun and supportive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Field client and referral calls and effectively sell Medicare Supplemental plans and ancillary products to our customers. No cold calling.


* Cultivate internal list of Medicare Eligible clients from existing CRM and carrier portals.


* Create timely, updated targeted emails with clear, concise instructions on the Medicare Enrollment process.


* Guide consumers through the Medicare plan selection, application and enrollment process.


* Service existing plans, once installed, assisting with any carrier claims and/or billing issues.


* Quickly learn insurance product offerings and serve as a subject matter expert for Medicare Supplemental Plans


* Have a working knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D Drug plans


* Be familiar SSA.gov and Medicare.gov


* Comply with Federal CMS and State legal requirements and standards.


* You will be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience.


* Serve as a brand ambassador for OneDigital Advanced Health.


* Licensed for Life and Health.



Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

* Ability to work in-office, and excel in a fast-paced, high volume, performance-environment.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple screens.


* Must be able to successfully complete all licensing and legal background requirements.



Education, Training and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
