Additionally, they will handle all business and project management functions, such as proposal preparation and review, invoice scrutiny, budget monitoring, collections, and ensuring profitability. Experience and Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience working in the construction observation and materials testing field

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field is a plus

- NICET, WACEL, ICC and/or ACI certifications

- Preparation of final reports and field/laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel

- Analytical and problem-solving ability

- Ability to effectively coordinate projects

- Stay current in local methods and regulations governing areas of practice

- Assist in planning, research, and evaluation of new market areas

- Sensitive to business interests and profitability

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills

- Demonstrated ability to develop new client and business is a plus
