We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 6+ month project with our energy client in Walnut Creek, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, including new client calls, processing/scanning mail
  • Drafting documents, transcription, identifying, saving, and filing legal documents
  • Assisting with relationships with vendors and clients
  • Organizing and scheduling of appointments and meetings
  • Chronologizing medical records, billing and handling client payments
  • Drafting HIPPA authorizations, assisting attorneys with administrative tasks,
  • Working with co-workers as part of a team, and other tasks as they arise and as the team member demonstrates the ability to handle higher level tasks.
  • Possible legal secretary experience
