What You'll Do:

* Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Oracle CX solutions
* Provide strategic direction and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the project and ongoing platform management
* Build and lead a cross-functional project team
* Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ongoing enhancement for Oracle CX solutions

* Ensure that the implementation meets quality standards and follows best practices

* Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
* Work closely with the Change Management and Training teams to develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, provide post-implementation support, and address any issues or enhancements
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of configuration and customization

Skills You'll Need:

Education and Experience: BS / BA degree in Business or similar or an equivalent combination of training or 5 years' experience in managing software implementations, preferably in Oracle CX, from a technical and project management aspect

Collaborate: Building organizational partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
