About the Role

SSOE, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects and working with other contributing mid-senior level Architects and design teams to create exciting and complex designs that incorporate some of the latest design techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with design teams to create innovative and functional designs that meet client needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge of building codes, OSHA compliance requirements, and engineering systems to ensure projects meet regulatory standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on project documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture required, NCARB Certificate required.
  • Experience: Eight (8) or more years of related experience, preferably in industrial and manufacturing facilities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, experience with Navisworks and 3D platforms a plus.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license required, may be waived for international assignments.
