Project Manager - Asphalt Paving Road Work

We are currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience in asphalt paving road work construction projects for a key leadership position at PrideStaff. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating day-to-day project operations, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of crew members and the public
  • Calculate and manage truck requirements for asphalt hauling
  • Supervise and monitor crew activities and progress on job sites
  • Train and assist new crew members to enhance team performance
  • Maintain accurate time and materials records
  • Enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Project Manager in asphalt paving road work

  • Relocation expenses covered for the right candidate
  • Must pass a thorough background check and physical examination
  • $90,000-$115,000 salary range, commensurate with experience
