Here's what you'll be doing:

* Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
* Prepare invoice deduction notices, as necessary
* Audit freight bills against freight manifests
* Answer all vendor inquiries
* Analyze vendor accounts and negotiate extended terms with vendors when cash is restricted
* Prepare accounts payable checks
* Print all accounts payable reports and maintain all accounts payable files
* Prepare analysis of accounts, as required
* Assist in monthly closings
* Assist with accounts receivable and special projects, as necessary
* Other duties as assigned

Here's what you'll need:

* 1-2 years AP/AR experience, previous automotive experience a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver
* Advanced computer skills
* High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
