Oracle is seeking an IT Business Operations professional to lead a team of business analysts in the NetSuite on NetSuite BTS team. This team drives multi-functional and cross-organizational teams to lead the definition and delivery of a broad spectrum of reengineering projects. Attention to detail is critical, as is curiosity about how things work and why. Technically savvy and passionate about use of tools to help streamline processes. Experience with information systems and communications. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet and presentation tool format.

Manage the team as they elicit and gather requirements and use cases for proof-of-concept and approved initiatives.

* Deeply understand the needs of key internal customers through quantitative and qualitative research.
* Work with developers, PMs, analysts, architects, and QA staff to ensure that they fully understand the requirements.
* Participate in the overall design and implementation of custom structures, codes, searches and reports. Provide functional design, current and future state flows, testing approach, and impact analysis.
* Facilitate a shared understanding of the problem, the possible solutions, and determine the scope of the project.
* Serve as a key consultant for customers. Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with leadership, business, and technical team members to understand objectives and expectations. Put the team in touch with the right people and collaborators. Represent the team in global meetings.
* Manage team backlog and metrics and prioritize product enhancements and critical requests by making sensible, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment.
* Collaborate with team members and process owners to deliver great products and tools. Ensure all solutions achieve the defined business objectives and success metrics. Provide analytical support for implemented projects.
* Ensure specific service metrics and measures are incorporated into the plan, enabling continuous improvement.
* Work with senior leaders across the organization to identify business improvement opportunities and drive the execution of solutions.
* Manage multiple, simultaneous global projects of varying scope and complexity involving business processes or system solution implementations
* Create and maintain well-managed operating procedures and guidelines

Experience leading and influencing individuals with strong personalities and opinions. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management desired.
