The Business Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Business Office as well as assisting with other projects. The role will coordinate and carryout a variety of Business Office programs as well as providing administrative support to the Assistant Treasurer and Controller and the Business Office staff. This position will serve as a resource to management, employees, students, parents, and visitors, using excellent customer service skills. Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
  • Coordinates and executes Business Office programs to include: employee and student travel program, per diem program, corporate card progarm, etc.
  • Coordinates and manages schoolwide volunteer records.
  • Coordinates and executes schoolwide programs and functions to include: records retention and carnival preparation.
    • Updates and maintains records retention schedule and coordinates departmental compliance with retention and destruction schedules.
  • Provides administrative support to the Assistant Treasurer and Controller.
Position Details:
  • Work Year: 12 Month
  • Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Schedule may vary based on operational needs
  • Starting Hourly Rate*: $23.00/Hour
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Three (3) years of administrative experience.
  • Experience working in a school environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using Windows, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google applications. May require successful completion of an MS Office assessment.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases, student information systems, internet applications preferred. Knowledge of Blackbaud preferred.
  • Excellent keyboarding and proofing skills.
  • Experience working with the area that this position will service is preferred.
