Job Title: Corporate Training Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Training Supervisor to oversee and enhance our medical training programs for employees across various departments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training initiatives aimed at improving the clinical knowledge and skills of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are well-trained in current medical procedures, regulatory standards, and company protocols.
  • Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly to address knowledge or skill gaps.
  • Train and mentor managers and supervisors on processes and workflows.
  • Communicate with training supervisors at other facilities to continuously improve training programs.
  • Deliver training programs for all positions within the healthcare group, including providers, medical assistants, front office, scheduling, and other positions as needed.
  • Conduct staff training, monitor performance, and adjust training content as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with medical standards, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of training schedules, attendance, and certification statuses of employees.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
  • 3 years training experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Medical assistant certification a plus.
  • Experience with basic desktop software, medical practice management, and electronic medical record systems (Athena preferred).
  • Must be friendly and approachable.
  • Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
  • Passion for teaching and public speaking.
  • Skilled in identifying problems, researching, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to exercise high degree of initiative.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA, Bloodborne Pathogen and OSHA Safety procedures.
