You will be joining over 22,000 people in 50 countries on the leading edge of your field.As the Regional Sales Director, you will work with Hexagon's Digital Reality Cloud Platform (HxDR) and lead a dynamic sales team and help Hexagon surpass our growth goals. The right candidate is responsible for building and leading a world class sales, pre-sales, and SDR team, implementing technology and processes, and partnering with customer success, marketing, product, engineering and operations teams to deliver the best possible customer experience.This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence HxDR's overall success and growth at Hexagon. This position is hybrid and will collaborate in-person with others working in the Bay Area.Desired SkillsWHAT YOU GET TO DO:Drives, manages and executes the business and revenue of a sales teamAnalyzes regional market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunitiesEducates team on significant industry factors including competitive products, regulations, trends, customer needs, and pricingPrepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plansEstablishes and reports on metrics to measure team performance; correct deficiencies where necessaryEnsures that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goalRecruits, hires and trains staff members; fosters a successful and positive team environment; develops and coaches sales professionalsOUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:College degree required3-5 years as individual seller and minimum 2 years as a sales managerProcess, data driven sales operations backgroundStrong experience with Salesforce.com, and building track-able, repeatable sales processesWillingness to "roll up the sleeves" and sellExperience selling to Fortune 500Experience selling to AECO vertical a plusAbility to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situationsMust be adaptable, professional, courteous, motivated and work well on their own or as a member of a teamAbility to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workloadProven track record of meeting or exceeding performance objectives (revenue targets, pipeline targets, etc.)Experience utilizing CRM systems and marketing automation systems (such as salesforce, market, outreach etc.)Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadershipAbility to travel when neededHexagon is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
