**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Social Media Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about sustainability, has excellent communication skills, and is adept at managing multiple tasks. 

Responsibilities:

*Sales Calls:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Schedule appointments and provide information about our services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

*Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence.

- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

*Project Work:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and gather insights to support business strategies.
- Help with the organization and planning of company events and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the company.

**Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and social media management tools is a plus.
