Our expertise lies in promoting socially responsible direct-to-consumer (D2C) wellness eCommerce brands, particularly in the compliant advertising of CBD and cannabis products.

Position Overview:

  • Develop, document, and present comprehensive strategies for clients
  • Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services
  • Work closely with the onboarding specialist to ensure smooth client integration
  • Strategically design new client initiatives
  • Oversee overall investor performance and meet established KPIs through testing, optimization, and scaling efforts
  • Lead and manage your 'Team Pod', which typically includes a creative, media buyer, and project manager
  • Adhere to Lucyd's advertising account best practices and testing protocols
  • Coordinate additional asset production, such as landing pages and questionnaire forms
  • Craft engaging ad copy and drive creative strategy across all accounts
  • Assume full responsibility for client accounts while emphasizing continuous learning

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in Facebook advertising
  • Proven track record with Facebook ad accounts and managing budgets over $50k/month
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset with a commitment to client success
