About the Role

Patrick Ta Beauty is seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive brand growth across multiple platforms. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that drives engagement, growth, and brand awareness across multiple platforms.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate high-quality content that showcases our brand's aesthetic and resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Management: Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive brand reputation.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize our social media strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry, with a deep understanding of the market and consumer behavior.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in graphic design, video editing, and photography.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and passionate about social media, with a keen eye for visual design and a deep understanding of brand aesthetics.
