As an Inside Sales Account Manager:

You secure your book of business by establishing yourself as an invaluable resource to potential customers. You are confident and possess an inner drive that propels you towards completing any task you undertake. You are persuasive and can modify your approach to a relationship based on the needs of the individual you are approaching. You love the challenge of figuring out what message is going to resonate with a prospective customer.

Requirements: 
  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Outstanding communication, listening skills, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Ability to exchange information and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and providing recommendations
  • 1-2 years practical experience with B2B sales preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Successfully working independently in a fast-paced environment
