What you’ll do:
  • Maintaining bookkeeping ledger
  • Processing Invoices for completed work.
  • Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment 
  • Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system
  • Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
  • Working with cities to maintain yearly contracts
 What you will bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining general ledgers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Work as a team player
  •  Willingness to learn with a great attitude
