As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Develop and maintain reports and files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Stay up-to-date with sales and use tax regulations and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2-years of accounting or accounts payable experience required
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
