Job Summary
Impact Floors of Texas is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and pay invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and maintain reports and files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Stay up-to-date with sales and use tax regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-years of accounting or accounts payable experience required
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
