Location: Carrollton, Texas
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Overtime: Must be available for overtime
Employment Type: Temp to Perm opportunity
Bilingual Requirement: Must be bilingual
Key Responsibilities:The Material Receiving Specialist will be responsible for:
- Efficiently unloading transfer trailers.
- Accurately stocking all products into designated areas using RF units.
- Ensuring that all products are shipped according to the facility's quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring on-time deliveries based on customer specifications.
- Adhering to all safety procedures defined by the company.
- Complying with food security protocols and transportation requirements.
Essential:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping or receiving roles.
- At least 2 years of experience with warehouse inventory systems.
- 1 year of experience with export documentation.
- Bilingual proficiency required for document reading.
- Ability to operate both stand-up reach and sit-down forklifts.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Strong command of English in reading, writing, and speaking.
- High School diploma or equivalent; valid forklift certification is mandatory.
- Experience in inventory control is essential.
Preferred:
- 2 years of experience in food manufacturing or warehousing.
- Familiarity with SAP in inventory management and receiving modules.
