Job DescriptionMed Supply US is seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and catheters within an assigned geographic area. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to establish strong partnerships, identify patient referrals, and assist patients in receiving their supplies through insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for providing life-changing products to those with chronic conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and doctor’s offices within your assigned territory to promote and sell CGMs and catheters.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers, educating them about product features, benefits, and insurance coverage options.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive patient referrals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients are identified and supported in accessing the supplies they need.
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific sales strategy to grow the customer base and expand market reach.
  • Conduct in-person or virtual product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and their teams.
  • Stay informed about local market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and prepare regular reports on performance for senior management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience in territory or medical sales, ideally in CGMs, diabetes care, or durable medical equipment (DME).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain complex medical products to healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Familiarity with insurance coverage processes is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while managing a territory.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
