Architectural Sales Territory Representative

At Forms+Surfaces Inc, we are seeking an experienced Architectural Sales professional to join our team as a Territory Manager in the Houston, Texas Region. This role focuses on our Architectural Products/Surfaces and offers a unique opportunity for career growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills and experience working with architects, contractors, designers, landscape architects, facility owners, and other specifiers. They must be able to craft technical specifications and follow them throughout the bidding and ordering cycle.
This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to utilize CRM software and other technologies. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and engaging with various stakeholders to accomplish common goals.
As a Territory Manager, you will have the opportunity to work independently while receiving support from our experienced team members. You will be responsible for partnering with architects and designers to understand their needs and requirements, and providing creative solutions to their challenges.
In addition to your sales expertise, the ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Design (or related field), and some specific technical experience in architecture before transitioning into a sales role.
