We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and oversee tax servicing operations for our clients. If you have a strong background in tax preparation, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, we want to hear from you

Job Summary:
The Case Manager will oversee and assist clients in providing the necessary documentation and information to the tax professional to ensure optimal resolution service.

Case Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome calls.
  • Collection of client provided information and documentation.
  • Providing clients with account updates.
  • Scheduling contact times with the clients. 
  • Managing of deadlines for the client and the IRS.
  • Explaining IRS protocol to clients.
  • Presenting IRS resolution options to clients. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize tasks. 
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

Education and Experience: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • At least two years related experience required.
