Business Coordinators/Sales Administrators act as the communications center with Sales Representatives, Job Sites, Installation team members and the Measurement Team. The Sales Administrator ensures all contract information is accurate and complete and communicated to the correct department.

  • Provide administrative assistance on projects and/or tasks.
  • Maintain contract compliance from project award through final close out.
  • Track and maintain correspondence and other documentation for multiple projects.
  • Collect and maintain insurance certifications.
  • Assist sales team in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist Sales Representatives with New Order entry.
  • Accurately enter and maintain electronic client job files.
  • Deliver essential paperwork to Measure and Install teams on a timely basis.
  • Provide professional customer service on a telephone.

Competencies: 
  • Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Using strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Defusing upset customers using interpersonal communication skills.
  • Using Microsoft Office Suite to maintain sales figures and create presentations.

Supervisory Responsibility: None. Work Environment: Similar to other office environments. Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working at a computer and using a telephone.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
  • This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
 Travel: None. Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years as an administrative assistant, office professional or other similar role.
