Business Coordinator

- Provide administrative assistance on projects and/or tasks.
- Maintain contract compliance from project award through final close out.
- Track and maintain correspondence and other documentation for multiple projects.
- Collect and maintain insurance certifications.
- Assist sales team in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist Sales Representatives with New Order entry.
- Accurately enter and maintain electronic client job files.
- Deliver essential paperwork to Measure and Install teams on a timely basis.
- Provide professional customer service on a telephone.
Competencies:
- Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
- Using strong attention to detail to enter customer data with perfect accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Defusing upset customers using interpersonal communication skills.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite to maintain sales figures and create presentations.
Supervisory Responsibility: None. Work Environment: Similar to other office environments. Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working at a computer and using a telephone.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, up to 40 hours per week.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years as an administrative assistant, office professional or other similar role.
