Manufacturing company located in Ontario, one of North America’s Largest Domestic Manufacturer of Quality Wall Art, Designer Mirrors, and Decorative Flooring since 1986. We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Business Development Representative from the Home Décor, Furniture Industry. The sales representative located in the USA will be responsible for developing new business in different channels.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling and Following up with Leads.
  • Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience of successful selling in the Home Décor Industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to Travel and Multi-Task.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets and budgets.
