Administrative Support Specialist

- Client: American Waters.
- Duration: 6-12 months.
- Location: 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302.
- Work Mode: Onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the business.
- Assist in customer service activities as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and task management.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with customer service, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
