ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for all aspects of Talent Acquisition activities.
- Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Preparation of quarterly and semi-annual bonus letters with targets, payout information, etc. for the sales & marketing bonus-eligible employees and bonus calculations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
- Drafts/revises current Employee Handbook and HR policies and procedures as needed.
- Prepares annual EEO-1 Reports, California Pay Data Reports, and DOL/BLS surveys.
- Gather and analyze data for HR reporting utilizing HR metrics (i.e., Org Charts, turnover, time to hire, headcount, retention rates, etc.)
- Assists in addressing employee relations issues as needed.
- Writes, develops, and maintains job descriptions.
- Assists with preparing Internal Communications.
- Serves as backup for ADP Time & Attendance processing for payroll and ADP Workforce Now.
- All other duties as may be assigned by other members of management.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in a related field.
- Three (3) – five (5) years of experience as an HR generalist (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of current employment/labor laws.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now IS A MUST.
- NO MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
- SHRM-CP/PHR/a PHR certification.
Monday-Friday
8:30 am-5 pm
Hybrid -In 3 days, remote 2 days
Salary Range 65-75 annually BOE
