SUMMARY:Assists HR Department in developing and implementing effective, efficient recruitment strategies, monitoring and ensuring wage & salary compliance, and performing all the duties and activities required to provide essential day-to-day Human Resource activities that will support sales and marketing business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
  • Responsible for all aspects of Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
  • Preparation of quarterly and semi-annual bonus letters with targets, payout information, etc. for the sales & marketing bonus-eligible employees and bonus calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in organizing training & development initiatives.
  • Drafts/revises current Employee Handbook and HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Prepares annual EEO-1 Reports, California Pay Data Reports, and DOL/BLS surveys.
  • Gather and analyze data for HR reporting utilizing HR metrics (i.e., Org Charts, turnover, time to hire, headcount, retention rates, etc.)
  • Assists in addressing employee relations issues as needed.
  • Writes, develops, and maintains job descriptions.
  • Assists with preparing Internal Communications.
  • Serves as backup for ADP Time & Attendance processing for payroll and ADP Workforce Now.
  • All other duties as may be assigned by other members of management.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a college or university in a related field.
  • Three (3) – five (5) years of experience as an HR generalist (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of current employment/labor laws.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now IS A MUST.
  • NO MANAGERIAL EXPERIENCE.
  • SHRM-CP/PHR/a PHR certification.

Hybrid -In 3 days, remote 2 days
Salary Range 65-75 annually BOE
