We’re looking for a Biotech Training Administrator to manage and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS) with precision and excellence. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to ensure compliance with GMP standards, support employees’ training needs, and collaborate across departments to drive continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do:

  • Administer and maintain the LMS to meet organizational and compliance needs.
  • Grant training credits, input extensions, and create training classes within the system.
  • Manage and resolve LMS and training-related service tickets promptly.
  • Collaborate with department heads to update training materials and ensure alignment with GMP requirements.
  • Generate reports to analyze training completion and compliance metrics.
  • Maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of LMS administration experience, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and a solid understanding of GMP standards.


Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Onsite
