Account Manager LMS

At Time Out Group Plc, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of local business customers, focusing on helping them set up social, OOH, and digital campaigns, looking after up-sell opportunities and renewal across the lifetime of the campaign.
This role requires a strong commercial acumen, solid copywriting experience, and ideally some knowledge of video and video editing skills. You will also have experience working with PR companies and knowledge of general business principles and practice. Excellent spoken and written English is a must, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and manage results through others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with venues to constantly reaffirm their engagement with our products.
- Provide day-to-day support by handling & resolving queries, ad-hoc requests and complaints via various contact channels.
- Activate campaign activity, ensure initial engagement with venues to enable their accounts and deliver training for specific product features.
- Work with venues to optimise their listings and demonstrate outstanding market knowledge to provide insight into client campaigns and ROI conversations.
- Act as a first point of contact for resolving any issues which may affect the performance and retention of customer accounts.
- Ensure delivery of additional products within deadlines and in accordance with client requirements.
- Maintain an accurate contact activity log for all past, current and future support tasks within internal CRM system.
- Contact clients weekly, with an emphasis on both trust building and in-depth analysis of upcoming marketing activities.
- Upsell additional products & services to clients and add additional venues subscriptions where possible to bolster own portfolio.
- Manage a new business portfolio of restaurant/bar/things to do groups and generate additional revenue through these relationships.
- Meet revenue & retention targets and individual MBOs every month.
