As a Project Coordinator specializing in project management, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes and improving operational efficiency. Working closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners, you will support project activities, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively will be essential in driving the successful implementation of project management within the organization.

What we do

The Project Coordinator supports the Project Management team which plays a critical role in technical automation projects, ensuring that the project is successfully executed, on time, and within budget. They serve as a key liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and management, ensuring that the project is executed smoothly and successfully, meeting its objectives and delivering value to the organization.

What you'll do

  • Conduct regular project audits to evaluate compliance with project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance, inefficiencies, or gaps in project execution and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure that project activities adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of meeting minutes.
  • Support the identification and allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
  • Track project progress against milestones, deliverables, and timelines, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, risk registers, issue logs, and change control records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate procurement activities related to project management, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project status reports, presentations, and other communications to stakeholders.
  • Support the closeout process for completed project management, including documentation of lessons learned, final project reports, and transition of deliverables to operations or maintenance teams.


What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, logistics , or a related field.
  • Minium of 2 years of experience in face pace project management environment.
  • Previous experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a project management or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, or Trello.
  • Knowledge of project management processes, systems, and technologies, with an understanding of project management principles preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed, to support project activities and deadlines.


Our Environment

  • Up to 5% of travel may be required . Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
  • The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
