  • Manage project implementation, contract oversight, strategic planning, and resource allocation
  • Guarantee project outcomes in terms of safety, timelines, financial constraints, reporting, and client satisfaction
  • Guide and support project team members
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure project delivery within safety, quality, time, and budget parameters
  • Monitor key performance metrics and mitigate construction risks
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders and compile project documentation
  • Identify challenges and propose solutions for enhancement

Qualifications

Essential skills and experience:

  • Degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program or a management/business degree
  • Over 10 years of experience in Project Management within Utility, Construction, Engineering, or technical sectors
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Proficiency in engineering design
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in construction and project initiation
