Position Summary

This position is for a results-oriented, self-motivated Business Development Manager. The right leader for this role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving the company's growth and success, specifically targeting small and medium-sized companies.


Job Duties

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in marketing, customer relationship management, and use metrics to create a strategic plan. They should strategize on how to promote our products, understand our competitors, and develop a solid market penetration plan. Demonstrating self-sufficiency in developing the strategy, managing a team of two customer service representatives, and creating policies and procedures.


Qualifications

·     Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·     3+ years of Relevant Work Experience

·     Fluent Bi-lingual English/Spanish

·     Knowledge of whistleblower systems or compliance solutions is a plus.

·     Experience with market research and competitor analysis.

·     Knowledge of CRM systems

·     Excellent communication skills, including public speaking, presentation, and writing abilities.

·     Ability to work independently and in a team



Compensation and Benefits

The position comes with an annual starting salary of $52,000 and provides two weeks of paid time off. While there are currently no medical or life insurance benefits, these may be offered as the organization expands. A 401(k) plan is also not available at this time.


Work Model

This full-time role is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days of remote work and 3 days at our office. The office is located at 363 North Sam Houston Pkwy, Suite 1100, Houston, TX 77060. Office hours are flexible. We offer flexible office hours, working 40 hours per week.
