Revenue Manager with a High-End Resort needed


Position Title: Revenue Manager

Location: North Miami

Salary: $85K-$95K + Bonus


The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hotel revenue by managing room inventory, setting price strategies, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare weekly and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts
  • Boost hotel revenue by creating & executing pricing strategies
  • Review end of month reports & compile a revenue management summary
  • Facilitate and lead Weekly Yield meetings in accordance with standards
  • Manage group block activity


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a hotel revenue position
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue management
  • In depth understanding of Opera PMS and revenue management systems
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
