Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at JW Marriott Miami. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate hotel inventories.
Key Responsibilities:- Aligns strategy and market trends to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitors actual vs. projected sales to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Demonstrates leadership and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
- Achieves and exceeds revenue goals, budget goals, and team goals.
- Attends strategy and management meetings to plan, organize, and prioritize activities.
- Analyzes data and information to identify underlying principles and facts.
- Develops objectives and strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Executes on a strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
- Makes decisions and solves problems to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Interacts with computers to process information and analyze data.
- Meets the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, guests, and employees.
- Communicates information timely to ensure effective decision-making.
- Exploring business opportunities to drive profit and create value for clients.
- Generates and delivers accurate and timely results in the form of reports and presentations.
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 4 years' experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing.
- Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 2 years' experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to gather and organize information.
- Basic computer skills, including word processing and internet browsing.
- Job-specific computer skills, including MARSHA, PMS, SFA, NGS, Delphi, and Point of Sale.
- Oral comprehension and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
- Number facility and reading comprehension skills to analyze data and information.
- Revenue management knowledge, including sales cycles and trends, account management, pricing, and inventory management.
- Adaptability to adjust to major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
- Aligning performance for success to focus and guide others in accomplishing work objectives.
