Job Title: Revenue ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at JW Marriott Miami. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate hotel inventories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aligns strategy and market trends to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors actual vs. projected sales to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrates leadership and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
  • Achieves and exceeds revenue goals, budget goals, and team goals.
  • Attends strategy and management meetings to plan, organize, and prioritize activities.
  • Analyzes data and information to identify underlying principles and facts.
  • Develops objectives and strategies to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Executes on a strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
  • Makes decisions and solves problems to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Interacts with computers to process information and analyze data.
  • Meets the needs of key stakeholders, including owners, corporate, guests, and employees.
  • Communicates information timely to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Exploring business opportunities to drive profit and create value for clients.
  • Generates and delivers accurate and timely results in the form of reports and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 4 years' experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing.
  • Or 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; 2 years' experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to gather and organize information.
  • Basic computer skills, including word processing and internet browsing.
  • Job-specific computer skills, including MARSHA, PMS, SFA, NGS, Delphi, and Point of Sale.
  • Oral comprehension and written communication skills to effectively communicate with others.
  • Number facility and reading comprehension skills to analyze data and information.
  • Revenue management knowledge, including sales cycles and trends, account management, pricing, and inventory management.
