About Us:

Stone Watson is a creative agency known for delivering high-quality video production for clients like Sega, The Chicago Bears, Netflix, and major educational institutions. We’re expanding our portfolio and are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help us build lasting B2B relationships and secure new projects.


What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who can leverage existing relationships and attend key conferences to bring in new business. This role requires crafting and presenting marketing materials, collaborating with the CEO on pitches, and managing a sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will be skilled at selling video services to other businesses and able to close deals within six months of initial contact.


Responsibilities:

  • Leverage current relationships and attend U.S. and overseas conferences to secure B2B clients.
  • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to refine pitches and create a strong sales strategy.
  • Successfully close deals within six months of first contact.
  • Build relationships with major corporations to secure creative video production projects.
  • Create monthly sales reports detailing leads, progress, and next steps.
  • Maintain all client interactions in a CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Make phone calls throughout the day to nurture relationships and secure meetings.
  • Craft and send email campaigns with a soft, helpful approach to generate interest.
  • Respond quickly to client messages and calls, ensuring strong communication and rapport.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling video services to other businesses with a track record of closing deals.
  • Ability to close deals within six months of the first touchpoint.
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Proficiency in creating presentations, sales decks, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with CRM systems for managing leads and client communications.
  • Ability to travel for conferences and attend occasional in-office meetings.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled at relationship-building.
  • 50% travel or more required
  • Familiarity with Apollo.io and its application in sales strategies
  • Experience in production, creative services, or gaming is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics, data analysis, and ad setup
  • Ability to create, set up, and test A/B ads to optimize campaign performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and tools for effective ad management
