The IHD platform comprises foundational services to accelerate the development and connection of our products across Norstella business units.

The Senior Director, Product Management will be responsible for a portfolio of data and platform components that enable data integration, RWE, data visualization, governance, and data quality. The successful candidate will serve as a key thought leader by understanding the challenges and benefits of real-world data, real-world evidence, and clinical research, and market landscape to maximize its value.

Success will be measured by the maturation of the product pipeline, new product delivery, and overall advancement of capabilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with and supports product roadmaps across Norstella’s business units.
  2. Create and manage product roadmap(s), outlining capabilities, timelines, and dependencies.
  3. Drive execution of platform initiatives by leading a team of product managers to success, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to further integrate RWD, RWE, and other data assets and capabilities seamlessly into the platform and facilitate knowledge exchange and innovation.
  5. Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to develop GTM strategy for new products.
  6. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and impact of cross-business unit product initiatives.
  7. Monitor the product pipeline maturity and organizational understanding of capabilities, driving continuous innovation and improvement.
Key Requirements
  1. 10+ years in product management, with at least 4 years focused on healthcare, clinical research, RWD/RWE product development.
  2. Strong technical background and understanding of RWE, RWD, data science, clinical research systems, and their applications in product development.
  3. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Possess a highly analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
  5. Translate business needs into technical solutions and serve as a critical intermediary between business and technology stakeholders.
  6. Influence a broad set of stakeholders with a strong fact-based approach that facilitates prioritization and decision-making.
  7. Bachelor’s and/or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Product Management, and/or related discipline. Suitable and substantiated real-world experience may also be considered for highly qualified candidates.
