Key Responsibilities:

  • Management Analysis:
    • Provide comprehensive management analysis services, including workforce planning and development.
    • Utilize business process improvement methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Coordinate federal acquisitions and support federal business systems.
  • SharePoint Expertise:
    • Design and develop SharePoint sites, dashboards, and other collaborative tools.
    • Manage and optimize SharePoint functionalities to meet organizational needs.
  • Federal Procedures:
    • Oversee and manage federal and NIH supply requisitioning, procurement, and travel procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
  • Business Process Improvement:
    • Apply business process improvement methodologies to identify and implement improvements in workflows and processes.
    • Conduct organizational diagnosis and develop intervention strategies to address identified issues.
  • Communication and Support:
    • Provide excellent communication and outreach support to external customers and users.
    • Develop and deliver training and support materials to enhance user understanding and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in management analyst roles, including expertise in workforce planning, business process improvement, and federal acquisitions.
    • Proven track record of using government business systems effectively.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge and experience with SharePoint, including design, development, and dashboard creation.
    • Experience in federal and NIH supply requisitioning, procurement, and travel procedures.
    • Strong background in applying business process improvement methodologies and organizational diagnosis techniques.
    • Excellent communication, outreach, and support skills for working with external customers and users.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
