Job Summary

Resource Management Concepts is seeking a skilled Program Analyst to support our Navy customer in Bethesda, MD. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to critical IT projects and initiatives, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution and delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service desk and customer support teams with re-imaging, installing, and configuring computer equipment.
  • Support IT program planning and execution by gathering, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Assist in developing program deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Prepare equipment items for shipment to and from remote operating locations.
  • Assist with inventory and tracking delivery of IT equipment, preparing media for destruction.

Requirements

  • An active DoD SECRET clearance is required to start. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Must possess at least three (3) years of IT office support experience.
  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Must have experience utilizing standard information systems and have the ability to capture technical requirements from customers and data calls.
  • Must have strong customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to capture and develop metrics.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in program analysis or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with federal government programs and operations.
  • Previous experience working with military or defense contractors.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $80,000-$105,000.
