SHOPLINE’s Sales team is growing


As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and driving sales revenue growth through new business opportunities. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement strategic plans that will enable SHOPLINE to achieve its sales objectives.


What you will be doing

  • Expand SHOPLINE's customer base by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential and current clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities for new sales opportunities.
  • Craft and present compelling pitches and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales revenue targets.
  • Maintain timely and efficient communication with clients during the sales process.
  • Provide consistent sales pipeline reports and forecasts to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences for market insights and client networking.


Who you are

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partner Management, specifically in the e-Commerce, SaaS, or Internet sectors.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing SMB/mid/enterprise-level business deals.
  • A results-driven individual committed to achieving key outcomes, including meeting KPIs and targets.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in E-Commerce, Social Commerce, or SaaS.
  • Demonstrated strong business acumen, with a self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Additional experience in the E-commerce and SaaS industry is highly desirable
