What Youll Do Generate new Customer Support Program service agreements (CSPs) through the acquisition of new accounts and growth of net new service agreements in existing accounts. Sell CSPs to existing customers and renew, upsell, and cross-sell into other service product segments. Build customized solutions from an extensive suite of service offerings. Work with real decision-makers to assess need and gain agreement on a business case. Construct winning proposals that include the quote, business case, and why we are uniquely qualified. Present proposals to decision-makers while managing objections. Identify, prospect, and develop pipeline specific to assigned market(s) and/or geographies. Collaborate with Account Executives and subject matter experts to create and deliver winning proposals. Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing customer accounts. Develop market awareness through networking activities and industry events. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required. What Youll Need Strong affinity for problem-solving.
