One of Insight Global's higher education clients is seeking an Athletics Business Office Coordinator to join their team. This will be a 3-month temporary contract. This role is hybrid to Riverside, CA.


Duration: 3 month contract

Location: Hybrid in Riverside, CA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)


Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field (UC or Athletic Department preferred)
  • Experience working with Oracle Systems, Concur, and Docusign
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a related field
  • Close attention to detail and sound organizational skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc)


Plusses:

  • Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations
  • Experience working with a student-athlete population


Responsibilities:

You will serve as the primary transactor and provide administrative support for assigned ports and units. You will be responsible for processing and prepping purchase orders, work orders, recharges, fleet services reservations, reimbursements, travel expense reporting and advances. You will maintain purchasing archive records, track team travel expenses, and provide updates to the Director of Business Operations. 60% of this role focuses on the overall financial responsibilities of the department. A suitable candidate will have impeccable communication skills, organizational skills, and will be tech savvy.
