Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure effective data management.
2. Monitor project timelines and prepare detailed monthly progress reports.
3. Address inquiries related to ongoing projects and perform necessary research.
4. Efficiently manage project tracking systems.
5. Assist the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks as needed.
6. Handle incoming communications, manage correspondence, and oversee invoice processing.
7. Draft and prepare various documents, including memos and reports.
8. Organize and maintain filing systems for accurate record-keeping.
9. Coordinate room bookings and provide internal departmental support.
10. Manage supply requisitions and supervise equipment maintenance.
11. Offer clerical assistance for special projects as required.
12. Support project managers with administrative coordination.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional college coursework is preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an office or clerical role is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, is required.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are crucial.
Experience in the construction sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
