We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization, along with leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Understanding of limitations of SF platform
- Great knowledge LWC
- Great knowledge of Apex
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Dev Team Lead.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage and prioritize project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce development, configuration, customization as needed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to drive Salesforce initiatives and support business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
