Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Sous Chef role at The Liberty Hotel in Boston, MA. The Executive Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in culinary operations, menu planning, food preparation, staff management, and ensuring high-quality dining experiences for guests. Additionally, the Executive Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, maintain sanitation standards, and contribute to menu development and kitchen innovation.


Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts, Menu Planning, and Food Preparation skills
  • Team Management and Leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of Sanitation Standards and Food Safety Regulations
  • Creativity in Menu Development and Culinary Innovation
  • Experience in Fine Dining or Luxury Hospitality environments
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification
